VENMATE release note

Hi everyone,

We are thrilled to inform you about our latest VENMATE update! The past months we have worked strongly on launching our updated website venmate.io and our 14-day free trial as well as our new AI features.

🏅 New modules and features

1. Further revenue and contract management

Users can now create global products and link these to contracts. This way, the CSM team can run analysis on product success and better identify account opportunities.
Enabled dynamic revenue tracking by adding the ability to capture usage data related to the price per unit.

What’s next: Users will soon be able to utilize an enhanced method for identifying opportunities linked to product and contract management. Additionally, the ability to track and analyze revenue and opportunity data will become increasingly sophisticated.

2. New flexible health score

Health Score Rules are significantly more flexible. The user can now choose between different check types and various methods for calculating the score within a check (e.g., sum, count, average).
Enabled the creation of rules for every health group individually by the user.
Full flexibility to upload or send any external data point into the VENMATE system and generate a health check from it.

What’s next: Further improve the rules flexibility, create different rule types, and select data from integrated systems.

3. Improved AI Co-Pilot

Improved message quality by feeding the Co-Pilot with CSM specific knowledge. Added next actions and CSM particular recommendations.
Greatly improved the chat response time.
Fixed bug on the appearance of multi messages in the chat. 🐞

What’s next: Improvements in usability and response design. Continuously learn from CSM expert knowledge and become a CS expert supporting our users throughout the day.

5. Dynamic dashboard launch

Launched the ability to create prompt based analytics on any data in VENMATE. With this new feature, users can prompt their own graphs and dashboards based on the data collected in VENMATE. Users will be able to analyze customer data, revenue numbers, contract information and more.
Note: The dashboard is currently in view only mode for users → Contact us if you want an onboarding and enjoy full access.

What’s next: Continuously improve the understanding of prompts, access more and more data to analyze and reduce hallucinations. Including the ability to share dashboard internally and externally.

5. Your personal daily recommendations

Creation of daily recommendations, individual for every user and customer account
Ability to perform simple tasks based on the recommendation. Like “schedule task”

What’s next: Continuously improving the quality and complexity of the recommendations as well as working on the ability to automate tasks based on the provided recommendations.
