VENMATE release note

Hi everyone,

We are thrilled to inform you about our latest VENMATE update! This month, is driven by new features and improvements in our core modules, to further increase the ability to perform key CS tasks and use VENMATE as your every day CSM platform.

🏅 New modules and features

  1. Task management

The task management functionality is now available in the navigation bar, as a standalone module. It shows a list of all tasks, giving a great overview on all important customer processes and necessary actions, shows their statuses and deadlines. Supporting the CS Team for an even better customer management.

  1. Contract Management

We greatly improved the contracts management feature in the Customer Info Tab and Homescreen.

Improved contract creation. Included renewal periods and auto renewal information, attachments and revenue collection for the related customer. Implemented new contract functionality on your Homescreen to manage your expirations better.
Implemented a “crunch time” period to be aware of contracts that will expire, depending on your notice period.

What’s next: Developing a Revenue and Products feature that goes hand in hand with Contracts and provides a holistic view on customers and builds the baseline for Opportunity management to come.

  1. Health score

We further improved the VENMATE Health Score by increasing the variety of health checks and the overall calculation logic within the application.

Improved the "product usage" data checks.
Improved "activity engagement" check.
Increased the possibility of NPS checks. Included a timestamp component to represent missing NPS scores. Implemented exclusion for customer groups and Health checks for the Score calculation, depending on specific use cases.

What’s next: A table with a health score breakdown of all customers for a better overview and analytics possibilities. As well as new health checks.

  1. KPI tiles

We improved the overall KPI tiles across VENMATE to further enhance the CSM experience and help the CS Team to find key information faster.

Implemented new KPIs for Task module.
Implemented KPIs for contracts on the homepage, showing contracts that will expire within the next X days (depending on your notice period). Average Health Score excludes "Inactive", "New" and "Archived" customers and automatically calculated when a customer is moved in onboarding.

What’s next: Pulling notes and activities from Hubspot as well as working on new integrations.


  1. Customer Activities

Implemented new design components for improved user experience.
Enabled the possibility to not only log Meetings and Calls, but also Notes and Mails.
Enabled pulling Notes from Hubspot to ensure no infos get lost and Sales/CSM alignments run as smooth as possible.
